Eco Villages Australia may ask you to provide your email address and other contact details for the purposes of contacting you about the eco village. We will never sell or volunteer these details to a third party without your permission. Whilst completing any sort of application process for entry into any of Eco Villages Australia's eco villages, applicants may be asked personal information which is only for the purposes of understanding applicants' needs and whether those needs will be consistent with those of the community as a whole. All information will be treated with respect and kept confidential with information only going to the membership committee and never passed on to third parties. Eco Villages Australia will never sell your information or provide it to any other group without your written permission. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested. Only share information that you feel comfortable to share with the membership committee yet keep in mind that Eco Villages Australia will only request the minimum required information to best understand the needs and expectations of potential residents throughout the application process.

How we use your personal information

The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on Eco Villages Australia's latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out at anytime by unsubscribing from our Mailchimp email list. The link to unsubscribe can be found on the bottom of every email we send.
We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve Eco Villages Australia's service and/or customer communications.
